Jaya Prada (born Jaya Prada Nahata on April 3, 1962, in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan) is a veteran Indian actress and politician. She debuted at 14 in Telugu film Bhoomikosam (1976) and became a superstar in South Indian cinema with hits like Siri Siri Muvva (1976) and Swayamkrushi (1986). She dominated 1980s Bollywood with glamorous roles in Souten, Tohfa, Sharaabi, and Aulad.
